That is why we want you to know that the WIZ-DUMB and

MOTIVATION LIBRARY would be rated "R" if it were a movie at

your local theater.

You'll find rough language, violence and a good amount of nudity in each gallery. Please keep this in mind if a youngster is within eyesight of your computer screen. If you feel that the gallery content might be offensive to you, please close this page and do not enter any of the galleries.

HOW TO VIEW:

The W & M library is divided into 15 galleries, which are shown on the menu on the left side of the screen. Choose a gallery and follow the instructions.

You can browse the newest arrivals or each gallery's archives. Click any thumbnail to see an item in more detail. There is also a slideshow featuring the gallery's newest additions.

We strive to gather a wide range of motivational messages from the internet including ones you will find funny and others that will make you furious. We look for creative messages that will make you think ... or think again ... about an issue or topic. We understand that some items have strong messages that might offend some people, however, if we were to reject any item that 'might' offend someone, these galleries would be empty.

While we allow what most people would regard as "R" rated content (items showing nudity, that include profanity or showing violence), there are some reasons why posters are rejected:

	Graphic pictures of sexual situations are not allowed. While a good amount of nudity can be found in the galleries, when sexual situations are added to the overall message the poster earns 'reject' status. Sexually explicit posters account for the largest number of rejected posters on this website.
	A private joke between two friends is rarely interesting to the general public and usually end up causing more confusion than enlightenment about the world.
	If a poster simply makes no sense, doesn't seem to make a point or even make the viewer crack a smile, it is often times discarded. The best motivational posters are ones that make sense as your eyes scan the poster. No detailed reading. No searching for clues. Quick and certain impact with an easy to grasp message.
	Posters featuring a screen grab of someone's chat log are usually discarded. However, some rather funny items of this type have made the cut.
	Posters focusing on "insider" information about a specific cartoon or tv show are better placed on websites that are dedicated to the particular show or celebrity. Exceptions might include "American Idol" and other such mega hit shows.
	All parody motivational posters can be submitted for consideration to become a part of our library. See the information below.

TO CHANGE GALLERIES:

From HOME VIEW click one of the 15 galleries listed on

the main menu. (CLICK IMAGE B)

You can also advance to the next gallery, or step back to the previous gallery, using the designated 'BACK' and 'NEXT' buttons toward the top of the page. (CLICK IMAGE C)

Watch the HOME VIEW HELP BAR for reminders on the functions of each button.

TOGGLE TO MAKE MORE ROOM FOR GALLERY ITEMS:

Find the TOGGLE TOP PANEL (CLICK IMAGE D) and TOGGLE HELPBAR (CLICK IMAGE E) buttons toward the top of the page.

Clicking one or both of these will quickly give you more space on your screen for displaying gallery items. Clicking the TOGGLE buttons a second time will bring the page view back to it's original configuration. The images below are before (CLICK IMAGE F) and after pictures (CLICK IMAGE G) of the gallery using toggles.

The NEW button takes you to the NEW ADDITIONS

section of each gallery. (CLICK IMAGE L)

When viewing the NEW ADDS section you should see

from a few, to more than a page full of motivational

messages displayed as thumbnails.

Just click on any thumbnail to view a larger and easier

to read version. (CLICK IMAGE M)

Once you're in close up mode, you can easily switch to view the next item in close-up mode. Move your cursor over the upper right corner of the item, and navigational buttons will appear. (CLICK IMAGE N) The buttons allow you to do the following:

	Go BACK to the previous item
	Go FORWARD to the next item
	MOVE the current item to a different location on your screen
	CLOSE the current item

To exit the close up mode you can also click again on the graphic. The picture will squeeze back to show the gallery of thumbnails.

Because of the large number of motivational posters

we have to display the LIBRARY ARCHIVES can only

be accessed using a special browser.

Here is how that browser operates.

Use the LIBRARY button to switch to the LIBRARY ARCHIVES

section of each gallery.

PLEASE NOTE: Depending on your computer, internet

speed and other factors, the LIBRARY might take

few extra seconds to load.

Please be patient.

When you arrive in the archives you should see the special browser.

It will look similar to what is shown in the picture below. (CLICK IMAGE O)

The first Gallery item will automatically be displayed on your screen.

You should also see:

Thumbnails of other gallery items (on the left side of the screen)
The Gallery Name and topic (above the main display window)
Gallery Tally (above the main display window - far right)

The number you see next to the Gallery Name is how many parody posters that are available from the gallery you are visiting. That number lets you quickly see how many ... or how few ... items are available when you click into LIBRARY VIEW.

You'll see three buttons at the top of the archive browser (CLICK IMAGE P): BACK, NEXT and SLIDESHOW

These buttons function as you probably expect:

SLIDESHOW: This button starts the automatic display of gallery items starting with the item you are currently viewing. Be warmed; The slideshow moves along at a brisk pace. Click STOP SLIDESHOW to halt the display of gallery items.
BACK / NEXT: Take you to the next or previous gallery item and displays that item in the main window.

There is a scrollbar available (CLICK IMAGE Q) so you do not have to click buttons to zip through the gallery thumbnails.

When you want to see a detailed view of an item, just click the thumbnail. The item will appear in the main display window.
